I searched for photo restoration in the greater Baltimore area last year and found Chris. He produced digitally restored enlargements of several heirloom photos from my in-law's family albums. The final prints were beautiful, and he provided preliminary online images that helped me anticipate the final product and the tradeoffs inherent in restoring damaged photos.
