I have used Chris Paulis for several photo restoration projects. He is very easy to work with and I appreciate how easy it is to get to his office (in a nice, residential area). He is very accommodating and will make changes for you as you see necessary. He always makes sure the client is happy with the final product. I recommend Chris Paulis for all of your old photo restoration needs.
I searched for photo restoration in the greater Baltimore area last year and found Chris. He produced digitally restored enlargements of several heirloom photos from my in-law's family albums.
