Everyone I worked with was professional, empathetic, and eager to help me close on my first home. I was given all the information I needed to feel comfortable at every step of the process and the team were all great communicators. If I had to do it all over, I would go with Rapid Mortgage again.
Chris and his team were amazing and helped my partner and I through every step of the home buying process as first time buyers. I felt like there were no dumb questions, and I needed to work on my credit before officially applying they knew exactly what to do to get where I needed to be! And even offered to call credit card company for me. Couldn’t recommend enough! (We even were able to close early!)
This was by far the best loan experience I have ever had. Chris was awesome! He gave me direction on what I needed to do to get my pre-approval. Melissa was great! She always kept me in the loop and was clear on what I needed to send in to her. I don't think any of this would be possible if not for them.
