My experience was nothing but laid back, stress-free & easy. I've had bankruptcy before & the entire office made an unpleasant situation more than bareable. Having Sat appts is unheard of too! So responsive to my calls or emails, within a day or less. This place is not snooty or looking to impress with outward, flashy appearance. I was informed ahead of time any tax refund the year filed may be seized by IRS so no suprises.
