Absolutely the greatest of all time. Chris is top notch and has helped run marathons and get super fit after tearing my ACL and separating my shoulder. Great marketing and goes the extra mile. GET IN!!!

In my job I have to ride an MTB at a somewhat high level, and I deal with a shoulder impingement that causes my back and leg muscles to activate differently than one another with an imbalance.. Typically I have to have a good 40-60min warm up on a bike of just spinning, to relieve the tight back, before I attempt to do any descents or yank on the handlebars.
