Chris is an outstanding healer and Rolfing guru! He was able to pinpoint all my problematic areas and released the built up tension in my muscles and tendons. Chris made me feel comfortable the entire time and felt great after.

I'm so grateful to my friend who suggested Chris. I was having a hip flexor problem for months and it just wouldn't get better no matter who I went to. (Massage therapist & physical therapist). I highly recommend Chris for any and all ailments. I have had extremely tight muscles and tissues throughout my very active life. Chris is the first and only person that showed me pain free workouts were possible. He is 100% focused at all times with the added bonus of skill. Also. A cool dude.

Chris does incredible work. I’ve been going to him for Rolfing sessions the last five months and it has been a game changer for my fitness and overall mobility. He’s able to easily spot and feel issues, and heal them. I can’t speak highly enough about his skill and technique!
