Horrible customer service! Owner and staff are dishonest. Everything is State Farm’s computer systems fault. Stay clear of this Agency. Like a good neighbor, Chris Mallett won’t be there.!
Massive price hikes lead me to leave statefarm last month. When I joined three years ago I was paying 100 a month. My rate has ballooned to 169 a month; I was told this is a function of "Inflation". I am dubious of this claim because inflation devaluing the pay out amounts on my policy-- doesn't actually mean my policy costs state farm any more to maintain; so as far as I can tell inflating my monthly rate is just insult onto injury.
