It was a great experience to work with Chris. He was able to offer me a better rate than I had been getting and was able to move promptly to meet the closing date. I connected with him only 2 weeks before I was due to close and his team, the fast communication, the online portal and his accessibility via text and phone made sure I was able to close on my first home a day early! Chris Hallam, our mortgage broker at Upgrade Mortgage Services, was great. He said he would be there with us every step of the way and he absolutely was.
