I would hope he treated me like family! He did hand me off to a team member and was too busy to handle my refinance personally. Rude. Matt Kroon was absolutely amazing though so I’ll let it slide this time. Chris did show up to the closing which is great but also made it seem like his team did all the work and took the credit in the end. Can’t say enough good things about Matt though!
