Chris has a plethora of cruise knowledge. He answered all my questions thoroughly and succinctly. Since he knows Bermuda well, he was able to give me the necessary resources to have a successful trip. The Norwegian Getaway was perfect for my son and I. He had a great time, he especially enjoyed the arcade and Splash Academy. He loved the cove at Horseshoe Bay as he got to see parrot fish who feed on the algae. We cannot thank Chris Caulfield of Cruise One enough for all his suggestions and tips in making our first family cruise on Royal Caribbean (Symphony of the Seas) a memorable one. He made suggestions which were invaluable to us as a multi-generational family.
