I got a speeding ticket in Binghamton on the way back to NYC and was looking for a local lawyer for advice. I spoke with Amber (receptionist?). She patiently explained to me that I qualified for the Traffic Diversion Program, which I can do on my own without a lawyer. Plead not guilty, apply for the program, if accepted and upon completion of the 2hr online course (and submission of certification) the ticket would be dismissed.
