I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
