Owned by a really nice local couple, cool selection, really cool company logo--this is just a great place. The building is also cool. We have bought many things over the past few years, all great purchases and great quality.
I spent some time in this great women’s and men’s shop on my visit to Crested Butte. I love that they have curated a surprising selection of wonderful products and quality brands you do not usually find in Colorado mountain apparel stores. I loved the purple denim Toad & Co jacket, for example. The owner is friendly and excited to chat about the products in the shop and why they chose them. If you are in Crested Butte, don’t miss Chopwood Mercantile!
