Review Updated (Jan-09-2024): After several emails or follow-ups, finally got my replacement today, thank you, 1 star minus due to the long lag. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I bought 3 of their boards but 1 had a manufacturing defect, there is a 1 year manufacturing warranty, sent pics and someone even responded to replace it but after over a month nothing happened. This was a gift to my wife and she has been diligent to oil it every few times but it just developed cracks where the wood connects. Really wanted to like these products but... read more
