I booked 4 massages - one a week for four weeks. I have had 3 far. My first appointment, I was so tensed up and sore, that I was limping, struggling with stairs, and had to grab the wall or table to get up from a seated position in a chair. She is sensitive, caring, and kind and really cares about the experience clients receive, whether they are there for relaxation or therapeutic massage. She is also very well trained in a variety of modalities that I have found useful and pleasurable; among them are Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy, Trager Work, and Myofascial Release.
