Had my 1st appointment today, it was great! I tried the foot therapy, sauna and massage addressing chronic back pain, discomfort in my back, neck and shoulder as well as my lower extremities. My muscles are very tight and I’m trying to get my feet back on track hopefully Sanda will be able to help me. She’s amazing, I recommend her for those who wanted to get a relaxing experience.

Sandra is truly remarkable at what she does! I have spent a ton of money for years now, trying to find a masseuse that actually knows how to get rid of my deep knots in my neck and shoulders. Sandra is exceptionally smart, and knows the human body and how to properly heal you long term. I will never go anywhere else! So thankful to have met her. 🙏🏻

I booked 4 massages - one a week for four weeks. I have had 3 far. My first appointment, I was so tensed up and sore, that I was limping, struggling with stairs, and had to grab the wall or table to get up from a seated position in a chair. I was having difficulty with household chores and gardening and also experiencing back pain and joint pain. Whew! and I put all that out there during my first conversation with Sandra. Sandra Papiez is an exceptional massage therapist. She is sensitive, caring, and kind and really cares about the experience clients receive, whether they are there for relaxation or therapeutic massage. She is also very well trained in a variety of modalities that I have found useful and pleasurable; among them are Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy, Trager Work, and Myofascial Release.
