Terrible customer service. We went to look at dresses and the person in the front when asked if we could try a dress on from the mannequin the lady was rude and snarky. After we tried the dress finally when we told her we were just looking right now and weren’t going to buy it right now she snatched the dress out of our hands. I'd like to start off that I was hesitate to come here because of some of the reviews I read. I am so glad I decided to give Chongs a try. She was kind and so helpful. Her store has a large variety of gowns for all occasions. You can't beat the picess. I found the most beautiful dress. I have a small waist and a large chest. I didn't want to show so much cleavage. Was shopping with a friend for a ball gown. My friend had some specific needs, a dress with sleeves and extra large. All the other dress shops we went to had small inventory and were 3 x as expensive. This shop was amazing. Beautiful dresses and the prices were awesome. Chong was nice and very helpful. We were apprehensive to go into this store at first because it is in a huge mall like building with lots of shops in it, but we are so happy we did. Chong was amazing!! Thank you!!
