Avoid this horrible company like the plague. I ordered blanco marble sand blasted travertine and they gave me two different colors, it took them over 3 weeks to actually call me back and when they did, they told me I had ordered two different colors. Then when I showed them the invoice proving I only ordered one color, they then changed their story saying they came out to my job and notified me that there were two different colors and we chose to keep it. Placed an order for a simple paver delivery. They missed both delivery windows back to back. First time, they completely forgot about the delivery and never communicated anything until I called. Second day, they missed the window they gave me again with zero communication. I had to call for an update, delivery will be made later in the day. They seem to be very unorganized and forgetful. Hopefully they fixed these issues as it appears I am not the only one that has had issues with deliveries.
