I've had many a chocolate bar in my day from all over the world and single origin sources. We are never wanting for it in my fridge. This may be one of the best in terms of flavor, complexity, tasting notes, and texture. The price reflects the quality. Can't wait to return for an affogato with the mousse!
Avoid the Chokola bean to bar chocolate bars. There was a huge chunk of either paint or plastic inside of the chocolate bar (See Pictures). It's a choking hazard, chemical hazard, and shows a lack quality control. The employees were nice and helpful. But I can't recommend the Chokola branded chocolate.
Absolutely love the sipping chocolate. The depth of flavor is incredible. This isn't just hot chocolate. The mouse is also very good. Maybe the star of the show was the cookie bar. Got it as a thrown in and it was amazing. Like a really elevated twix but with elite level chocolate and super delicate shortbread. Must visit in Taos
You must try their sipping chocolates! Oh— and ask for whip cream!
