I was there for pre-employment fingerprinting.There was no wait for my appointment, the owner was friendly and easy to talk to. The process of fingerprinting was quick, completed digitally so no messy ink was used.
Kathy was amazing she helped me understand everything and answer any questions i had. she was easy to talk with and went above and beyond for me. because of her it turned out to be amazing experience.
Kathy is wonderful. I have unique screening needs and a situation that seemed like it wouldn't have an answer. She was willing to work with me and the relevant program administrators to craft a solution that allowed me to keep my job and also fulfill my testing requirements. Thank you Kathy!!!

Knowledgeable and Professional, she knows her stuff, my SAP councilor is definitely dropping the ball and Kathy knew it!
