I LOVE this bank. I have been with them through 2 mergers and staff changes. Their most recent manager, Katie, has been there for years now and is absolutely amazing! She is so warm and kind and it rubs off on her staff. She bounces around to different branches, but always calls me back same day if I leave her a voicemail. If it were not for her kind hearted nature and patience with customers, I am not sure I would have stayed with the bank because I was so nervous about a second merger so soon.
