WORST bank. If I could give 0 stars I would. Always an issue and the ladies are ignorant and disrespectful and slower than frozen mollases. Would absolutely not recommend this bank.
Always love coming in to the Grass Lake branch because the employees have always been super friendly, helpful, polite and eager to work out any problems or services that I've needed.
I’ve been a customer at this branch for around 30+ years. I have always had wonderful service and have found them to be very knowledgeable.
