Unfortunately, after having an account for 8 years this Bank decided to close my account and sent me a letter like this not even to the original account holder but to my wife and son, we have no idea as to why?

Always more than welcomed here. The associates go far well and above to meet the needs of the customers. Always very clean and warm also.
Bad service bad attitudes, asking for receipt with total way too much to ask for not 1st time made to wait and ignored or given dirty looks here even though only one in drive thru and given hand written receipt after giving printed out receipt without total
