3 floors. Massive building. Built for show not use. You must wait in line to make an appointment to set up an account. Weekday, empty lobby. Unimpressive
A mortgage employee nick lewis ran my paperwork when we specifically told him we were not ready and the paperwork was not even fully or properly filled out. Now we have non stop phone calls 8am-8pm due to the fact they couldn’t respect us and listen to what we said. Because of this we are using our credit union.
