This is not just about this location this is about the bank as a whole. I have had multiple problems with getting notifications or contacted about anything I have fixed it multiple times and it took me months to finally get it working properly. After that I signed up for the e statement stuff so I would not get a paper statement and since I have signed up for the e statement stuff they have consistently still removed the money out of my account for the paper statement and I have contacted multiple people about it.
