Christa Belcher from Capac always does a great job whenever I have any questions or need help with wire transfers or Statement print outs. 😁 Even when I'm not there and have family members come see her she always takes good care of us! 👍😇
I had never any problems with this bank. They let me know if anything is wrong right away. Love that.
Since Lakestone took over capac bank, customer service has suffered tremendously, such a shame to see that Lakestone doesn't make customer service a priority.
Some banks make you feel like you're family and some banks make you feel like you're nobody. This bank is not a friendly bank. Some of the tellers are friendly but the management at this branch is not friendly and it sets the mood for the whole.
