I did the Boot Camp that they offered in Plano. I lost 8 pounds in one month. The instructor "T" was great! He made me feel like I could do it and the people treated me like family! WE LOVE CHOICE TRAINING!
I found Choice Training through groupon and instantly fell in love. I'm not a big workout person but I love taking group setting classes. Since going to choice training I've met some really amazing people and formed lasting bonds. Toy and Tobora are a great team and amazing owners/instructors. Couldn't ask for anyone b...etter. If your looking for fun yet challenging work outs in nice group atmosphere then this is the place for you:)
This is the best place to work out in a nontraditional setting. If you are looking into getting in shape, but keeping the exercise exciting Choice Training Group Fitness is the place for you! I have been more loyal to the classes they provide than my local exercise facility because they make exercise fun! I thank you ...T&T for changing my attitude about fitness and helping me make lifestyle changes!
I Love This Program! The trainers are great and the Choice Training camp really worked for me. It worked like 17 pounds in four weeks work. I'm telling you if you are looking for a challange and good people to be around. Try Choice Training. This is my third month straight and I am loving it.
