Very poor customer service - never shop in here! Very rude manager, talking with raised voice in front of other customers. I bought balloons for my 4 years son birthday filled with helium, spend over $20 just for filling, the staff member said it should last around a week, 3 of them popped in 1 hour, came back - they said it is not their problem, I left them in the car. Charges more at register than ticketed price. 25% more in this case. Refuses to sell at advertised or ticketed price and charges the higher price. Illegal operation of business!!! If you think you have customers at a disadvantage and are safe from retribution you are gravely mistaken.

Please don’t buy KitKat Dark orange $1.97. It’s gone off rotten in fact.. Took it back they refuse to open another one. Use by date June/24.

I shopped here on Wednesday 27/12/23 and was pleasantly surprised with the service. The young lady at the counter (Dot?) Put my items in my bag for me, which no-one ever does anymore and not only that, but as I was about to drive away, she knocked on my window to return my wallet which I left behind on the counter. She had obviously ran to look for me and return it. Such effort that she put in. I just don't see this type of service anywhere anymore. It made my day. Thank you very much 🙂
