Excellent service by staff and they care about customer. Very experienced staff and very cooperative staff.
sells fake pokemon cards (illegal btw) and when asked for a refund for a 100 dollar purchase said they cant refund a (Gift item) purchase.... they where also quite rude to my partner who went back to the store which the manager of said store was rude to her.
Backward service, don't value customer service. Go anywhere else. If you ask a question you'll be abused. Low reviews for a reason!
This store does NOT refund your money and are extremely rude over the matter, will not ever shop at this store again. Please share this in our small community not good for business.
