Bought a leather sofa . Didn’t last a year , fabric tearing and splitting. Also bought a table same time as sofa and that went into the bin. Top of table started to bubble and was badly marked underneath and in corners. I’ll never buy from them again . Absolutely shocking!! Be aware. Safe your money and go elsewhere……
We've just had the cushion pads replaced for our sofa which we bought in 2002 & it's like new again. We would never go anywhere else. Thanks again guys
My couch basically collapsed in July and they were supposed to fix it in September, then December and now February. Absolutely appalling service and total waste of money. Have been left with a broken couch for months
My family have been using Choice Sofas for three generations now and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. They work on an appointment basis which means you get 100% concentration from the team. We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Ruth who was so so lovely, she made us feel extremely relaxed and guided us through the full design process.
