Jocelyn at the Plains branch has been very helpful in opening accounts and we appreciate the great attitude, even when we were approaching closing time.
I just wanted to say how grateful and thankful I am for Jocelyn Gebhardt. She was amazing and helped out a lot. I was getting a new truck and was very anxious and excited so I was a royal pain in the butt. She was efficient and very very very patient with me with everything going on. I just wanted to give props to this amazing employee and most of all I apologize Jocelyn for everything I put you through. Thank you once again for everything
I am not happy. I have been fighting with this bank for TWO weeks because I can't get into my banking app. The only one that has been nice to work with in this mess is ONE of the ladies at the plains location. The lady I spoke to on the phone with today was absolutely no help. I want this problem fixed. I have gone to the bank like 5 times and called even more times than that to get this fixed and it is still not fixed!
