I wanted to recognize the team at Choice Ambulette, especially Danny, Sammy, and Jessie, for the excellent service they provided today. My dad had a rehab appointment, and they made what is often a complicated process feel easy. They were efficient, organized, kind, and communicated well throughout the entire visit. If you have a loved one I would seriously advise you not to use this company. Driving on sunrise highway yesterday heading east & the driver was on his phone not paying attention & almost side swipe my car

Absolutely awful!!!The MOST incompetent company I have ever dealt with.1st appt scheduled to transport my mother picked her up 1/2 prior to appt and it was 45 drive at best. Dr held appt for an hour still no show repeated calls 10 min away.Appointment cancelled!!Mom was brought back to rehab and missed Pulmonology appt that could be criticalToday different doctors appt scheduled No show again. They took her to the first doctor appointment. WRONG DOCTOR. Spoke to rehab 3 hours prior all info was correct.Sitting at Dr waiting ... read more

Reckless drivers Response to reply: Couldnt catch a number because the truck was probably going 90mph weaving in and out of traffic. But it was around 2:15 on the lie near exit 60-62 going eastbound.
