Years and years of unhelpful and unresponsive service. Everyone does half a job or never answers your questions or gets back to you. When rent goes up, dont expect your direct debits to go up, just expect a threatening email when your in arrears! Oh and dont ask any questions about how much $ you need to balance the account by, because you wont get a direct answer. Issues are not passed onto the owner. Raising rent by 80% is not legal, and it's especially dirty doing it to someone who is chronically ill. Y'all have a bad reputation for a reason.
