Choice Floors in Dunkirk, MD was excellent to work with. Jordan Ford provided outstanding customer support. Jordan worked with me one night until past 11:00 pm ensuring I was getting exactly what I wanted in installing LVP floor throughout my entire house.
I should’ve wrote this review a year ago, but life happened. In the spring of 2023 we had these floors installed. The sales people were great and even negotiated on the price. The crew that came to the house was also nice, but unfortunately, they did not do their job correctly. My floor is already falling apart. It was a year and a half after the installation that I noticed it, but the warranty was only for a year. All throughout the area, you can feel the floor sink in when you’re walking. We're totally satisfied with the service of Floor Choices & Stairways. Nicole Volkman at the showroom patiently explained the different types of flooring and let us took home a number of recommended selections for matching and also provided the estimates for some plus discount. The installation crew also did an amazing work, they are hard workers, helpful and very easy to work with. Came early, finished the demo and installation before the day ends. Our carpet installation was efficient and high quality work was appreciated. We were able to schedule our installation within 2 days of the materials arriving so again, great service and prompt communication.
