I should’ve wrote this review a year ago, but life happened. In the spring of 2023 we had these floors installed. The sales people were great and even negotiated on the price. The crew that came to the house was also nice, but unfortunately, they did not do their job correctly. My floor is already falling apart. It was a year and a half after the installation that I noticed it, but the warranty was only for a year. All throughout the area, you can feel the floor sink in when you’re walking.
