Absolutely fantastic experience all around! We have purchased two properties using Choice and the loans continue to be serviced in house. Lindsay Matter is phenomenal when it comes to home mortgage. She is a whiz with numbers and thinks outside the box when needed. Brandon Reems is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to business banking and has been great to work with. Not sure where they get their people to work there. But are the most unfriendly rude people. No customer service what so ever. I went there a few months to set up bill pay ND the lady huffing and puffing and rude as can be. Today I went to deposit some money and count my change the teller was just rude and snotty.
