Had a bad experience with them, so wont reccomend to anyone else. My insurance rented the car due to mine being in the shop for a week . they also payed for the rental. Well now my card is being charged for $80 what can I say i brought the car back unharmed, no modifications, or trash, washed and full of gas...

Customer service is terrible. If there was a negative grade for them I would give -10! When I called asking to help fix ridiculous charges on my account she was basically screaming at me. I was already upset and this lack of understanding and mean attitude did not help. Do NOT rent from them!!!!!!

Awful!! Trying to give my insurance claim over the phone and the receptionist is laughing and schmoozing with some coworker, sounding very inattentive to my call. Horrible customer service...

First time renting with Choice Auto Rental. I called in to make a reservation. The person I spoke to was professional and took down all my information regarding my claim. He said they would take care of the billing which is great and one last thing for me to do. The car was waiting for me, clean and warm. It is nice dealing with great people like those at Choice!

This has been the second time I have used Choice after getting in an accident. I drove my car to the shop right after the accident and needed a rental right away. I called Choice and they delivered the car to me quickly without making me drive them back to their branch. Great experience and made the whole situation better! Thank you!!
