This is the first time I have purchased their extended warranty on my 2018 BMW 750i X Drive and in the beginning it was touch and go as I purchased my vehicle and needed a repair that was covered but since the policy was new we had some dialogue etc that made me really feel taken but they are a stand up company as I spoke to the owner and he assisted and met me halfway which I still was not completely satisfied. AJ was great to work with at choice auto protection. I called looking into my warranty and he answered all my questions and was extremely nice and patient the whole time really appreciate excellent customer service.
Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with Choice Auto Warranty. As a dealer, I will not accept their warranty and I will not sell it. The way coverage is promoted compared to how claims are handled does not align with what I believe customers should expect. In my opinion, the marketing materials set expectations that are not consistently supported by the contract.
