Be very careful before purchasing this warranty. I spent thousands on a warrant to purchase the highest coverage possible… and so far I’ve watched several things get declined based on loopholes and technicalities. Also note, they don’t cover TSBs (technical service bulletins). If you’re not familiar, these are not recalls (which pose safety risks and are required to be covered). I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. My experience with this place was awful. I spent close to 4k on a extended warranty with them. I needed a radiator replaced on my landrover. The denied to cover the costs. Stating he radiator was "crushed". That I must have hit something. The car has a clean carfax report and I have never been in any accidents with it. I regret choosing this company for my product warranty. The process has been nothing short of frustrating. When I finally submitted a claim for a malfunctioning product, the whole process felt like a battle. The paperwork was excessive and confusing, and my claim was initially denied.
