The staff is always super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If they don't know, they'll do their best to get you to sometime who does know. Tammy at the front desk is a sweetheart and has been very kind over the years.
I will say that both Tammy and Pam that work at the Poteau center, are always as friendly as can be, and more than willing to help in any way they can. but unfortunately, today I was in there. and neither one of them was there. there was a girl named Terry working. she was rude, and when we requested to speak with a light horse police officer, she refused to call them, after nearly 15 minutes of waiting, and asking multiple times if she would contact them for me, she finally gave me the number and told me to call them. like ... read more
