I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company. It is shocking actually how bad their customer service is. I received bad sprinkles from a third party company and contacted them to check on the expiration date and to inquire about the bad smell of the sprinkles. They explained to me how to read the date on these sprinkles (they use something called a "Julian" date). I realized that the ones I had received were in fact "old" once I knew how to read the date.
