La crème glacée végane (vanille à l’avoine) n’était pas bonne. Le goût et la consistance ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Texture de petits cristaux d’eau. Je me demande si c’est la même recette qu’ailleurs, car dans mes souvenirs elle était meilleure que ça. En plus, elle n’a pas tenu sur le cornet pour le trempage. Une chance que le chocolat est bon et épais.
Ça arrive souvent qu’il n’y ait plus de crème glacé au chocolat a comme 15-16h heures même si ça ferme a 22h …
