Visiting Chocolate Springs was a delightful experience from start to finish. As soon as I entered, the rich aroma of cocoa filled the air, instantly making my mouth water. The shelves were lined with a wide array of artisanal chocolates—dark, milk, and white varieties, each beautifully crafted and tempting to try. The staff, especially the Manager, Karla, were incredibly friendly, offering samples and sharing the story behind each flavor. 1) Lovely cafe atmosphere today when my friend and I entered. We enjoyed our latte and cocoa there. Then the music was turned on and up and all semblance of an old-fashioned peace and deliciousness was lost. Why would you want to ruin your atmosphere with loud pop music intruding that way? I doubt most of your customers are teenagers or even in their twenties. 2) Why don’t you offer ruby chocolate? 3) Many of your little bagged offerings are unlabeled. Why? Best, M
