Predatory company that takes advantage of elderly consumers. My mom ordered one time but accidentally signed up for recurring. We have tried to cancel with them many times over the last few months and the refuse to return a phone call, return an email or acknowledge a bad review. They couldn’t care less as long as they can charge my Mother every time. Please don’t support a business like this. This is my seventh attempt, review, voicemail, email, message. I did all of that just now

I decided to use this company to bring fudge into my shop as a wholesale supplier... As good as the fudge is, the customer service is less than a 1 star.. I ordered a full start-up (table, table cover, sneeze guard, and counter top) I was charged full price to receive USED equipment. Regardless of being offered a credit, sending used equipment is un acceptable. Skip the coffees. While the fudge is delicious, I do not recommend any of coffee beverages. We wanted to order coffee, and when I inquired about the cold brew, they said it wasn’t ready because it had to cool down….Cold brew is by definition made with cold water. Instead I just ordered a double shot of espresso over ice with a splash of oat milk and a toasted coconut syrup, it was $9 and I ended up throwing more than half of it in the trash because of the bitter taste.
