Not impressed with the taste of the mixed milk chocolates. It was much better when they were at the old location. It was our first time visiting the new location. The young girl working behind the counter was nice, but wasn't paying attention to what I was saying. When we got home there were 5 white chocolate pretzels in the box which we did not pick. The location is much smaller and definitely less of a selection to choose from. Not impressed at all.
I had an amazing experience at the chocolate store in Wyckoff! I stopped by without any expectations, simply asking if they had a chocolate car, which wasn’t available on the shelf. To my surprise, the owner went above and beyond and had my custom order ready in less than two hours! It was exactly how I envisioned it, and the attention to detail was impressive. Love this store! Kate makes the most beautiful, creative, and delicious custom platters (even themed). The store itself is also stocked with great chocolates and candies, creatively designed for all different occasions. And Kate and her staff are such a pleasure to work with and know. The best!
We had a wonderful birthday party! Everything was well organized, guests enjoyed making chocolate pizzas and Kate prepared for us super cute goody bags. Such a fun way to celebrate!
I had my children’s bday hosted here. There were 26 kids present with 3 teenage girls running the show. They did the best they could but they definitely should’ve had someone older and with more experience hosting the party. There was poor organization, the work was too tedious for small children with limited attention spans, there was no games/entertainment to keep the kids in line when they were waiting for the chocolates to harden.
