The staff and service are amazing. The warmth and friendliness is unlike any bank I've ever been to.
Mobile app never works. Online problems as well, always locking my account. Way behind the times as far as technology goes. Will likely be closing my accounts and my children's soon. Edit to add: I have called customer service no less than 10 times to unlock mine and my daughter's accounts. I'm not even sure why they're locking when we're using the correct logins. Your reps unlock the account, we still can't log in and they say I guess it's down, there's nothing else we can do.
I just want to say Lizzie goes over and beyond to help her customers and we appreciate everything she does!!
