Do not use these guys ! I reserved a car for airport pick up / drop off but the day before (when I called them) they advised they no longer offer that service and that the cars need to be picked up / dropped off at their lot and they would pick us up. When we returned the car they found EVERY EXCUSE POSSIBLE to charge us more. They insisted we paid an extra $25 for a "wet seat". Yep - in Culebra we went to the beach ! I told them I wouldn't pay the $25 and they REFUSED to drive us back to the airport unless we paid the $25. ... read more
