This experience happened 10 years ago. I was introduced to a lawyer through a close friend and consulted with him. He assured me that everything would go well and guaranteed success. At that time, my biggest concerns were whether I would win the lawsuit if I filed it, and how much the total lawyer fees would be. We have been working with Mr Cho now for 10 plus years. He knows when to say no and also whe. to be aggressive. We have been very happy with his service and plan on 10 more years.
Be careful about this guy. He may become your enemy from your attorney very easily.
