Just got picked up in her personal vehicle. My pick up time was 7:45-8:15, it’s 9:15a my appt was 9a for pain mgmt, not even sure I’ll be seen. So the called claiming there was lots of traffic, I know she lying. There would never be that much traffic to make you over an hour late especially when I called twice and was told by dispatch she told them she was 15 mins away from me that was at 8a. The transportation itself was Dirty,no Sanitation sprays,or Sanitizers, or Shields, to protect you from COVID 19 from other Riders who/ whomever they transported ! The driver drove Erratically, too fast and hitting the brakes like she is Crazy ! This will go further..
