Usually Isabel Marant girls are REALLY NICE but one yesterday around 7pm 1/09/25 was so mean and disrespectful, I dont know what is happening to the brand, i also bought a pair of ballerinas and they completely broke apart after 1 wear. bought a shearling jacket over $2400 and the fur turned GREEN in areas. I reached out to online customer service and they told me since I bought it in the store I would have to communicate with them,, well .. after 3 emails .. NO response! not only is their customer service bad? but they do NOT stand behind their merchandise which in this case is over priced and quality doesn't hold up!
