Walked into IM, and I’ve never felt more disrespected in my LIFE. We walked in around 12pm—barely 4 people in the store, and still NO ONE acknowledged us. Fine, but if you have over 5 employees working at a luxury store with barely any customers, I’d expect a nod or a hello. Nothing. In the end of the day we did buy a pair of sneakers. DO BETTER
Wir waren vorgestern in dem Geschäft in Soho und können nur positives berichten. Die Verkäuferinnen waren super nett und geduldig. Meine Tochter war auf der Suche nach einem bestimmten Sweatshirt, dass es im Ladenraum nicht gab. Dieses und andere Sweatshirts wurden uns aus dem Hinterraum gebracht. Leider gab es da Sweatshirt nicht in der richtigen Damengröße, aber die clevere Verkäuferin brachte uns die kleinste Herrengröße und diese war perfekt. Usually Isabel Marant girls are REALLY NICE but one yesterday around 7pm 1/09/25 was so mean and disrespectful, I dont know what is happening to the brand, i also bought a pair of ballerinas and they completely broke apart after 1 wear. I went to the store to check a new pair (i bought mine in Cannes) and they are indeed poorly made. Also the customer service is disgusting since they said nothing bad happened to my shoes. bought a shearling jacket over $2400 and the fur turned GREEN in areas. I reached out to online customer service and they told me since I bought it in the store I would have to communicate with them,, well .. after 3 emails .. NO response! not only is their customer service bad? but they do NOT stand behind their merchandise which in this case is over priced and quality doesn't hold up!
