I truly feel like I was scammed by Chloé. I purchased a bag and was never told it was final sale, and I did not receive a receipt at the time of purchase. Only later did I learn that the receipt lists the item as “final sale.” When I called the store to ask about this, the manager claimed that I had opted out of receiving a paper receipt, which is not true. Instead of helping, I was made to feel blamed for something I didn’t do. The entire experience felt misleading and dishonest, and I left feeling taken advantage
Do not shop here! The store is final sale but no one mentions it, they take advantage of their customers. I bought a bag not knowing it was final sale and they refuse to take it back. I would have NEVER bought a bag final sale. The sale associates expect the customer to know that their store and all the other high brand stores are final sale. Gave this elegant boutique a modern lighted face lift.
The team is very friendly and accommodating. Quite a number of selections for bags and small leather goods. A Must visit if you love Chloe.
