From my direct experience, the service did not meet my expectation. I used her service over a period of time, but my PR application was not successful. In addition, she even said once that I sent emails to ask questions too often. One time, I wanted to consult with her at her office to clarify my case at some point, she said like we had already talked a lot on the phone (as if I had already used up her paid time ) which i think its a bit rude. She also said she would do some certain thing, but later didn’t follow through
