Amazing people.. They fitted my late Mum with incredible hearing aids & she was sometimes difficult to deal with, but John & the crew were patient & very kind to her, she had her beloved hearing aids right up to her death in 2018, I am so thankful to John, he treated my Mum with upmost respect & was just awesome with her. I also have & will be using Chit Chat again for myself, they are rockstars.
I am a client of their establishment. They rarely answer the phone. It goes to voicemail, to a mailbox that is always full. They have no email address. I am out of batteries for my 2 hearing aids. They moved last year and haven't updated their new location on their website. Are they out of business? ❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓

Unfortunately, this place is not a reputable hearing clinic. I attempted to work with them, and after months of being strung along with misinformation and false promises, I found out that the paperwork had never even been submitted for the device we desperately needed. On top of that, the devices that had been loaned in the interim, had been fitted improperly, and the audiology test they did was insufficient for anyone with hearing issues. I would strongly urge any person needing hearing assistance to go elsewhere.
