Went in to look for a waistcoat to wear alongside my kilt for my wedding day . Had the absolute pleasure of meeting this young lady called Heather . After her giving me her wise words of advice I am now to bring my kilt in so she can match it up with a bespoke waistcoat . This is the best kilt shop I have ever been in. If you want to feel that authenticity then go here !
I put an order for a kilt on 22 August, paid a deposit and returned to Australia. The kilt was to be shipped. They said it would be no problem. Since arriving back I’ve emailed 3 times and called on the phone at my expense and left a message. I have heard NOTHING back from Chisholms and am astonished at their complete lack of customer service.

Hired a kilt for my teenage son from here - great customer service from Alastair from booking to collection; we were able to try the kilt on before we left the shop and Alastair made some adjustments to improve the fit. Really good service - thank you.
Came in just as they were going to close for a lunch break, but they opened the door so we could buy some flashings for my husband and then they helped “sort him out.” Lovely, lovey people.
